Directions

How to Use: Soak away discomfort from sore muscles: Pour at least 2 cups of Dr Teals Soaking Solution under warm, running bath water. Soak for 15 minutes, and let the rich minerals soak away discomfort. Helps reduce swelling of sprains and bruises: Add 1 cup of Dr Teals Soaking Solution to 1 quart of warm water. Immerse a wash cloth in the solution, then wring out the excess water. Apply the warm wash cloth to the affected area until the wash cloth is no longer warm. Repeat two or three times to soothe soreness from sprains and bruises. Soothe aches and soreness from muscle pains: Create soothing paste by dissolving a handful of Dr Teals Soaking Solution into a cup of hot water and cool the solution in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes. Clean the skin before applying the paste to the unaffected area. Good for 12 months once opened.
