Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw on refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Frying: Arrange slice in a cold skillet. Cook slowly over low-medium heat. Turn occasionally until desired crispness is reached. Remove slices, drain on paper towel or napkin. Baking: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place in a single layer on a shallow pan. Place on middle rack and cook for about 10-15 minutes or until desired crispness is reached. Drain on paper towel or napkin. Cooking times and temperatures may vary. Keep refrigerated.
