Directions: Pour 1-2 handfuls into warm bath water, stirring gently to dissolve. Soak for 20-30 minutes, relax and let the mineral-rich salts restore and refresh. Hand or Foot Soak: Create an in home spa by pouring 1/8 - 1/2 cup of salt into a medium sized tub or kitchen bowl full of warm water.
