Cooking Instructions: 1. Boil 3 cups of water in a saucepan (See measuring line on front of bag, empty out grits & peppers before use, fill water to measuring line twice). 2. Reduce heat to low. Slowly pour and stir in grits & peppers. Cover pot, stir regularly to avoid clumps, cook until thickened. Ready in 5-7 minutes. 3. Turn off heat. Vigorously stir in contents of cheese & spice pouch. Microwave Instructions: In a microwave safe bowl add 3 cups of water with grits & peppers. Microwave on high 5-7 minutes until thickened, stirring every 2 minutes (Microwaves vary). Stir in contents of cheese & spice pouch. Enjoy!
