Directions

Directions for making red enchiladas: pour enchilada sauce in a saucepan wide enough to dip a corn tortilla, and heat until warm. In a separate pan lightly fry corn tortillas in cooking oil for about 5-10 seconds per side. Take one tortilla at a time and dip into the warmed sauce, making sure both sides are coated. Spoon chopped onions, grated cheese and/or your favorite filling, cooked chicken or ground beef, onto the fried tortillas and tightly roll. Place filled tortilla in a baking dish, repeat making about 10 rolled enchiladas, pour remaining casa corona red enchilada sauce over rolled tortillas. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees For 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream and enjoy. Casa Corona red enchilada sauce is excellent for making chile con carne, menudo, huevos rancheros, tamales, and other Mexican dishes. Refrigerate after opening
