Suggested Use: Add the Chia directly to any drink: mineral or natural water, lemonades, fruit juices, smoothies, yogurt, iced tea or milkshakes. Stir and let soak 15 minutes. You can grind the Chia seeds and add them to the flour used to bake biscuits, bread, cakes, cookies, hot cakes, muffins, pizza bread. Sprinkle on soups, stews, salads, fruit cocktails, creams, sushis, sandwiches and mashed potatoes. Store in a cool and dry place.
