Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cook thoroughly. Grill (Preferred Method): 1. Preheat grill to medium heat level. 2. Grill patties for 14-16 minutes, flipping the patties halfway through the grill time. Broiler: 1. Set oven to broil. 2. Place patties on broiler pan approximately 4-5 inches from heat source. 3. Broil the patties for 16-18 minutes, flipping the patties halfway through the broiling time. Since individual ovens vary in temperature, these instructions are guidelines only. Skillet or Pan Fry: 1. Place frozen patty in preheated skillet/pan and cook one side until juices come through. 2. Turn patty and continue cooking second side until done. Cooking Instructions: Ready to cook, no defrosting necessary.
