Directions
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, mix 1-2 scoops of Gorilla made in 12-14 ounces of water and consume 30 minutes prior to training. Vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor level. First time users should begin use with 1/2 - 1 scoop or less to evaluate tolerance. Do not exceed 2 scoops in any 24 hour period. Store in a cool, dry place.
